Each stall will be provided with Fascia, one electric power socket board, one table and two chairs. Two Packed lunches will be provided at the trade fair stall. In order to avail tea/coffee and lunch of Hotel Hyatt Regency an additional payment of Rs 1800/person/day will have to be made to the organisers. Entry to gala banquet can be purchased with prior permission at Rs 4000/person
