Registration procedure

In order to register for ISDT Dental Trauma Con 2021, Please fill the following form and submit your payment as per your eligibility.

We will verify the details and send a registration number on the registered email id within 48 hours of submission of the form. Last date of registration is 11 th October 2021.

The link for the online viewing of the conference and the courses will be shared in due course.

The scientific materials and reminders will be periodically sent.

The registration is free for the Winners of the ISDT Scientific Awards 2020 please email for offline registration to isdt2021virtual@gmail.com
