All abstracts should be uploaded on or before 5th March, 2025.

Abstract and Final Presentation Submission

1. The Scientific Committee of the 5th National ISDT Conference invites delegates and students to submit research papers and e-posters for the scientific program to be held at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College, Chennai. The presentations will be held on 20th March, 2025.
2. The presenter/ presenters should be a registered delegate/ student of the conference.
3. The submitted work should be original, unpublished and should not have been previously presented at national and international meetings. The uniqueness or innovation of the presentation would be considered significant.
4. The medium of communication should be English.
5. Original research under the categories of case reports/ case series, clinical studies, randomised controlled trials, in-vitro studies, surveys, systematic reviews and meta-analyses as well as narrative reviews pertaining to dento-alveolar trauma will be accepted.
6. All abstracts should be uploaded using the following link https://forms.gle/bjLopL8RgpkTwQbZ6 on or before 5th March, 2025.
7. The maximum number of participants is restricted to 2 per presentation for both papers and e-posters in both student and delegate categories.
8. Abstracts should be in a structured format as a word/ pdf file for original research, systematic reviews (Background, Aim, Methodology, Result, Conclusion) and unstructured for case reports and narrative reviews.
9. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
10. Abstracts and the presentations once submitted cannot be modified or changed.
11. Final presentations are to be submitted in .ppt or .pptx format using Microsoft 2010 PowerPoint or later version only. PPT for the poster presentation should be a single slide. Maximum size of the submitted presentations should not exceed 25 MB.
12. It is mandatory to rename the file to be uploaded with your conference registration number. Ensure that the conference registration number is also mentioned in the title slide of your presentation. Kindly do not reveal institution and guide names in your presentation.
13. Presentation time for scientific papers is 8 minutes followed by 2 minutes of discussion, while for e-poster the presentation time is 3 minutes followed by 2 minutes of discussion.
14. The decision of the Scientific Committee will be final.
15. Presentation Certificates will be provided for all the presenters who have registered for the conference.
